All athletes who are registered for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Regionals and qualify for Head to Head Regionals in the same region will receive a discounted Head to Head add-on price.
All Tier 1 and Tier 2 athletes will compete on both the Challenge and Flow Courses.
Any time overlap between the Flow and Challenge Courses indicates that there are multiple waves, and each of the waves will be running different courses concurrently.
Times shown are the time of the first runner. Course check-in will open 30 minutes prior to the first runner. Please allow time for registration and course check-in.
