The World Ninja League Portal is a web application that allows community members to:
This site contains easy “how to” guides for navigating the portal and troubleshooting any issues. Use the navigation menu on the side of the screen to learn more about navigating the portal, or click the link to set up your account today.
*It is important to use the same email address that was used when registering for your WNL competition to ensure the portal is linked properly to your data.
Find your registration email and verify the email you used to register for your World Ninja League competition. This step is crucial, as it ensures your account is correctly linked to your registration data.
Pro tip: Consistency is key! Use the same email to register for every World Ninja League competition.
Now that you have the email you used to register for the competition, head to the www.ninjaworldchampionship.com and select “Sign Up!” from the links below.
Add your information and select update! Here are a few helpful tips for completing your bio:
Weight, Height, and Wingspan: Only accept whole numbers. No, decimal values. Additionally, the page will always store these values in metric. Don’t worry, we convert them before using them on the livestream!
Once you are in the Coach Portal, you will see all your active registrations. If you don’t see any registrations, verify you’ve used the same email to create your Portal account that you used to register for the event. If you’ve confirmed both the athlete registration and portal account have the same email, you can email registration@worldninjaleague.org for support.
From here you can select view to see and update the current coach assigned to your registration.
If the ID entered in step 3 matches a certified coach, their name will appear on the right. It’s important to note that the coach has yet to be assigned to the athlete. Click the button again to update the coach. Note that this only updates the coach for the event in the search box. In this scenario, we updated the “Course Coach”.

Select the navigation menu from the top right of the screen. This will drop down the menu. Click into resources. Here you will see a list of the WNL hosted competitions you are registered for and their Video Review forms.
Note, you will only see the video review link if you registered as a coach for the competition. The team is currently working to provide the video review portal for coaches who registered to compete as athletes. For the time being, athlete coaches will need to use the portal available at the info hub. We appreciate your patience.
If you registered as a coach for the competition and still cannot see the review form, please double-check that the email address used for registration matches the one associated with your account in the portal. If you are still experiencing issues, you can email registration@worldninjaleague.org
Once in the video review portal, you will see a list of certified coaches associated with the account you are logged into. Click Video Review Form to start a video review submission.
Here are two common reasons you might not see a coach listed here:
*Recently certified coaches are added to the portal once a week. Typically, during the first half of the week.
Provide the required information to complete the form. Note, it’s highly recommended that coaches supply video evidence. This will significantly speed up the review process.
Coaches, as well as the athlete whose run went under review, will be notified via email when the review team completes the review.
