The World Ninja League is thrilled to bring back the Head to Head Regional Championship for part two of this epic showdown! After the incredible success of our first event, we’re doubling the excitement and giving even more athletes the chance to battle it out in this intense, adrenaline-filled format.
Introducing a second Regional Championship opens the door for more athletes, offering a more inclusive pathway to compete. It helps address challenges like scheduling conflicts or the unpredictability of a single competition day—because let’s face it, everyone can have an off day. With two chances to qualify, athletes have more flexibility and opportunities to showcase their skills and secure their spot among the best.
In this fast-paced competition, athletes face off side-by-side on the same challenging course, racing to outpace their opponent in a high-stakes test of speed, skill, and strategy. The head to head format creates nail-biting action and unforgettable moments that keep everyone on the edge of their seats—from competitors to fans.
Athletes in each division will compete in the Regional Championship to advance to the Head to Head World Championships at Ninja Mania on March 16-17. There are only 16 total qualifying spots available per division across all Regional Championships. These 16 spots will be distributed across all Regional Championships based on regional participation. The exact breakdown of qualifying spots per division at each Regional Championship will be provided below soon.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of this groundbreaking ninja experience! Registration will be available in early February after all athletes are qualified.

Scoring: The athlete who advances the furthest in the bracket takes the win, with placements determined by performance in the bracket.
The Head to Head competition was born from the community’s enthusiasm for more intense and competitive formats. Test events showed incredible energy and engagement, proving this was a direction worth pursuing.
With our need to continuously innovate, combined with the new Olympic push for head to head ninja competitions, the World Ninja League saw an opportunity to grow the sport and prepare athletes for the global stage.
This format also provides a new competitive outlet for athletes who may not thrive in traditional circuits, but excel in the fast-paced, high-energy environment of direct matchups. It’s a space to develop new skills and showcase overall athleticism—speed, power, agility, and the mental toughness required to compete head to head.
