Dress Code

All athletes participating at World Ninja League competitions will be required to adhere to the dress code of the organization hosting the competition as well as some additional dress code requirements set by the league.

These requirements are in place to provide the most comfortable experience for all in attendance.

Let’s take a look at what they are.

Closed-Toed Shoes

Ninja obstacles some time require athletes to run, jump or climb on hard surfaces. Therefore, it is mandatory all athletes wear closed-toed shoes while participating.

Shirt

All athletes are required to wear a shirt while competing. This is rule in place to provide the most professional and comfortable environment for all in attendance.

In recent years the league has been asked to clarify what counts as a “shirt”. As there are many different variations of shirts we leave it to the organization hosting the competition to determine what will pass as a shirt.

Bottoms

Bottoms are also an important part of ninja attire. We also require all athletes to wear bottoms while participating.

Our aim is professionalism and comfort. We want our ninja community to be a place where families, athletes and coaches can all enjoy the sport together!
