For the past several seasons, our team has collaborated with our excellent network of facilities to produce incredible regional experiences for our community. We have been grateful to work alongside the best event coordinators and course designers in the industry, and we plan to continue working with our incredible community to create memorable experiences for our ninjas.
This season, to connect to our community on a more personal level, our team will be hosting the Northeast & New England Regional Championship. By taking an active role in hosting these regional championships, our team hopes to share the knowledge we gain and expand all our regional experiences. Our team is excited to connect with the community on a deeper, more meaningful level.
Our team believes the Regional Championship experience this year will be one step closer to our goal of creating a mini World Championship atmosphere. The new experiences will provide athletes with additional focus, spotlight, and opportunities to showcase their abilities.
From May 2nd to May 4th at the William G. Mennen Sports Arena, a facility of the Morris County Park Commission, the Northeast Tier 1 Regionals will take place over one action-packed weekend.
Efforts have been made to produce an optimized schedule intended to ensure the optimal experience for athletes, coaches, and families. We’ve chosen to place Elite and Adult waves on Friday night, allowing coaches to compete first while their athletes cheer them on, and freeing up the rest of their weekend to focus on supporting their athletes.
This year, all of the course obstacles for the Northeast and New England Regional Championships are being sponsored by Stage 4 Designs. The courses being sponsored by an elite obstacle manufacturing company helps provide an equal playing field for all who attend. Partnering with Stage 4 also provides the opportunity to showcase exciting new obstacles for the community.
The atmosphere in the facilities promises to be electric and mimic the experiences of the World Championships. Bringing together elements like smoke machines, confetti cannons, and live announcing, our team hopes to provide athletes with a competition they will never forget. Our community members will be able to watch and cheer on their athletes from comfortable spectator areas while closely connecting with other members and individuals in our community.
The Northeast Tier 1 Regionals being held over a single weekend is a game-changer for athletes, families, and supporters. Condensing the competition into just three days helps participants cut travel costs, minimizing the need for extended stays and extra travel time. This efficient schedule also makes planning easier for families, allowing athletes to focus fully on their performance without the distraction of a lengthy itinerary.
The weekend format not only adds convenience but also amplifies the energy, creating a vibrant, community-driven atmosphere. It’s a chance to bring everyone together for an unforgettable celebration of skill, camaraderie, and the thrill of ninja sports—a win for everyone involved!
Athletes at the Northeast Tier 1 Regionals will have a one-of-a-kind opportunity to step into the spotlight and showcase their skills on the grand ninja starting block, surrounded by lights, cameras, and an electrified crowd.
