This form will ask you for some information about your incredible athlete that will be used throughout Premier Series. 

During the competition, the information will be used by our commentary team to provide all the incredible information about our athletes. 

Additionally, the information will be used to create an exciting social media graphic for each athlete. This graphic will include your athlete image, as well as some of the information provided. Feel free to share on your on social media accounts and tag the WNL! Examples of the social media graphics can be found below. 

Please fill this form out once per athlete. Information will be displayed and utilized during competition, and as soon as the social media graphic is ready, it will be sent via email!
