About Dexterity Depot

Dexterity Depot sees Ninja as overcoming obstacles, not just the physical ones, but mental and emotional ones as well.

With more than 6,000 square feet of dedicated ninja and parkour space, Dexterity Depot has created an environment built to challenge athletes at every level. It’s a place where it’s not just about strength, but about focus, balance, agility, and problem-solving as well.

Dexterity Depot is about more than obstacles. It’s home to a supportive, competitive ninja community that trains together, pushes one another, and has produced athletes competing at the highest levels of the sport.

Come ready to compete and see what obstacles you can overcome.

Meet the Course Designer

Meet Tim Dexter

Tim Dexter has been finding ways to train for ninja since before there were ninja gyms to train in.

What started with obstacle courses in local parks and homemade obstacles in his backyard grew into years of competing, coaching, and exploring movement through ninja and parkour. He began teaching parkour while still in high school and eventually turned that passion into Dexterity Depot, which he opened in 2019.

Tim is still an athlete himself, with experience at WNL World Championships, American Ninja Warrior, and World Chase Tag competitions around the world. But coaching has remained at the center of what he does.

For Tim, the best part has always been helping athletes work through something that once felt just out of reach.

Meet Matt Bradley

If you’ve competed at Worlds, there’s a good chance you’ve already taken on a course designed by Matt Bradley.

Matt brings a competitor’s perspective and years of coaching experience to the course design for some of the biggest courses of the season. His approach is shaped by a deep understanding of movement, technique, and how the right obstacle sequence can challenge any athlete.

Long before he was designing courses for the world stage, Matt was building obstacles of his own. Now, he brings that same curiosity to every course he builds: create the challenge, then see how athletes solve it.
