Introduction to Setup
Effectively communicating your obstacle expertise to others starts with the setup. The setup refers to the obstacle rigging, mat placement instructor positioning.
Some higher level coaches will rearrange the equipment in particular configuration. This is commonly done to structure the equipment in an ideal manner to teach particular skill or technique.
We will not cover specific obstacle rigging or advance setup design in this training. However, we will be discussing cover some basic considerations in regards to the setup process. By the end of this section you should feel confident assisting higher level coaches with these fundamental setup considerations.
