Competition Levels

Competition Levels

Each of our three Tiers provide athletes an opportunity to progress to larger and more intense competitions. Below we highlight the different competition levels that athletes can compete at or qualify for during a season.

Standard Qualifying Competition

This competition level is the most accessible. Anyone can compete at these local competitions. These competitions will qualify the top 3 athletes by age/gender division to Regional Championships.

Regional Championship Competition

Athletes qualify to Regional Championships through Standard Qualifying Competitions. These gateway competitions will qualify the top athletes by age/gender division to the worldwide Championships for that Tier.

The specific number of athletes a regional qualifies athletes to depends on the number of athletes competing in a region. The more athletes competing, the more athletes qualify.

All Regional competitions qualify a min of 16 or a max of 40. To determine the exact number we take the unique athletes in a region for that season and take the top 35%.
